We maintain this site for your non commercial personal use and your use of this site for any other purpose would require our prior written consent.

Refunds and Returns

For orders placed, please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your lashes to be dispatched to you. Orders are processed during business days. Express post is delivered 1-2 days and Regular post is 5-7 days. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next business day. 

Due to Health and Safety reasons we cannot offer any refunds or returns on our lashes. If your product is faulty please contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution. We take pride in ensuring our customers are happy.
